Story
Well as some of you may know, Katharine and I have been fostering dogs for the last couple of years through The Little Dog Rescue. Katharine is regularly going all over Norfolk doing charity stalls and she thought it was about time I did something to help so she booked me in for a skydive!!
The Little Dog Rescue are a small dog rescue run entirely by a handful of dedicated volunteers, they have rescued and re-homed countless small breed dogs over the years. They use foster homes not kennels and ensure all dogs coming through the rescue on the way to their new homes are vaccinated, neutered and flea and worm treated.
To vaccinate is £25 -£60
To spay/ neuter is £120-£180
As well as any other veterinary treatment required.
The Little Dog Rescue also cares for Lifetime foster dogs Beau, Sammy and Bomber who have medical issues and cannot be re-homed.
So as you can see to help just one dog on its way to a new life does not come cheap.
So dig deep peeps, its all for the dogs.
Its all happening on Sunday 14th August at Ellough Airfiled Beccles. Anyone who would like to come and watch will have to be up bright and early as I'm on the first plane up in the morning at 8.30am.
