A group of us, mostly first time half-marathon runners, have decided to do something that is a real challenge in memory of our dear, and much missed friend Shirley. We chose Woodlands Hospice as they cared for Shirley during her last weeks with us. Many of us saw first hand the vital part the hospice plays in caring for the terminally ill and also their role in supporting the families in this the most difficult of times. The hospice is a charity and relies on donations in order to continue this important work. Please support me, Justine and the others by making a donation to this deserving cause.
