Myself and my two cousins Peter and Sarah are climbing Mount Snowdon to raising money for the charity 'Mind' in memory of Mum/Auntie Clare and we want to help raise awareness of the stigma around Mental Health. There is not a lot of help in the UK and we want to help make a change. People should not have to suffer alone or in silence due to lack of awarenes and funding!
