We fund life saving medical research to beat the world's biggest killers.

Story

On Sunday the 31st of July 2016 myself and good friend Sean Connell will be riding the Prudential 100 Ride London. The official route used in the London 2012 Olympics!!

For those that know me well you know that I like to offer myself up to silly events like this to put myself through a bit of hell to make a bit of money for charity. I don't always ask for money unless it is a big event and I think this event warrants a few pennies (pounds really) from your pocket (I mean back account).

I am supporting the British Heart Foundation for all the hard work they do keeping people up on their feet. I have had family members suffer heart problems so I know how scary it can be and what brilliant work they provide to the NHS and the research community.

If you could please spare a few pounds to help me reach my target I would be most appreciative and it would really help spur me on to the finish line :)
