Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 6th of June 2014 I suffered a traumatic brain injury in a cycling accident which left me in a coma. When I woke up I was paralysed, unable to talk, eat and carry out basic functions. After intensive physical and psychological rehabilitation which I received from the Walton centre, I made a full recovery. I want to give something back to a trust that gave me so much and help people in the same situation I was in. To do this I'm currently training for ironman Wales, this is considered one of the hardest ones in the world because of its difficult route. It involves a 2.4 mile open water swim, 112 mile cycle across the Welsh hills and finally a marathon of 26.2 miles. Again any donations to this trust would be amazing as its a increadable trust that saves so many lives.
