Anxious Minds are a new charity who are doing amazing work to raise awareness about anxiety and depression in the North East. They offer invaluable and importantly free support to a wide range of people who could not previously access any help. They are determined to get involved in as many projects as possible but need support to continue to do this. Any support you could offer would be hugely appreciated.
