We would like to raise money for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in memory of Dad (Jan Zoltonos).

Dad had such excellent care throughout his time at the QE; on the Renal Unit, Haematolgy  ward and finally the Critical Care Unit. 

Dad sadly passed away on 13th October 2018 of Lymphoma.

This is a way to thank the amazing staff for all of their excellent care and attention. This  helps support them in their future work, caring for others in the amazing way they cared for Dad. 

We know this is something Dad would support. 

We are grateful for any donation to this fund and also any group donations through fundraising events to support this cause. 

Dad often had daily transfusions of blood & platelets to assist his treatment. Without these donations Dad would not have been given a chance. We are so grateful for all the unsung heroes who donated blood to Dad.

With this in mind, we would also like to encourage people to donate blood, again in memory of Dad.
