It's lung cancer awareness month and I am taking part in Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation's iconic Swimming the Distance challenge, hoping to raise funds by swimming 5miles during November in the Torridge Estuary, Appledore. Also to raise awareness for the only UK charity dedicated to supporting everybody affected by lung cancer. In memory of Graham Briggs 02.01.48 to 29.5.21 forever in my thoughts.

Every penny will be appreciated and will go towards those affected by this dreadful disease.
