Well, it is a week on from the walk and I am just about over the tiredness that crept up on me throughout last week.  I am thrilled with the support that I have had from family, friends and work colleagues.  Thank you.  I have beaten my target, thanks to you all.

Well both feet are aching and I haven't done THE walk yet!!! taking them to the 'foot dr' Saturday for some tlc :) not long to go now.
