I've set myself the target of running a full Marathon - yes, 26.2 miles! I'll be doing the Worcester Marathon on 20th May which I figured is a great way of spending 5 or so hours on my birthday! 

Many of you will know that I lost my brother Paul to cancer just over 7 years ago. St.Richard's Hospice were amazing in their care for Paul in his last few weeks and also with the support they provided to our family afterwards.
