Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.

A year ago a colleague and good friend was diagnosed with MS.  Despite this diagnosis the times we have been able to get together and chat over a coffee he has only shown interest in my well being.  Due to this I felt it was time to put something back and asked him which charity he would like me to run for.

I have no real target so please just give what you can and pass my story around.
