My sister Bev, my niece Jennifer and myself are taking part in our 1st Race For Life to try and raise a bit of money for Cancer Research UK.  Unfortunately this cruel illness has struck our family a few times lately. We had already arranged to do this years race when our Mother was diagnosed with cancer in February. 

We didn't think for one minute we would be doing this in her memory......we are...as she passed away peacefully on 6 April 2010

It is a very difficult time for all of our family at the moment and we are doing this race for her.  It will be a very emotional day on Sunday May 23rd competing in the Race For Life and we hope to raise as much money as possible with our friends and family's help.  Anything at all counts.

 

Any donations will be greatly received and much appreciated by all of us.
