I shall be puffing round the BUPA 10k on bank holiday Monday in aid of a really great cause.

Karen set up this charity after she was diagnosed with leukaemia in order to help support patients and their families in similar situations.  Karen sadly died at the age of 23 and now her mum is carrying on what Karen started, raising loads of money to make a real difference.  This has included building close-by accomodation so families can be near their loved ones when they are very ill.

It's a small charity with hardly any overheads so your donation can have a big impact.
