I am trekking the Himalayas which will be a huge challenge for me and I would like to take the opportunity to raise funds for Spinal Injury Research through The Christopher Tickle Fund. Christopher was paralaysed when a rugby scrum collapsed and died of his injuries. All monies raised in Christopher's name go directly to The Nicholls Spinal Injury Foundation. Successful operations have already proved that paralysis can be cured. More operations are now scheduled. This is a very exciting medical breakthrough which offers hope for many.
