As many of you are already aware sadly I lost my Brother Anthony to Cancer Last summer (aged 47). It was truly the worst year of my life and all the family are still really struggling to get to grips with it. All I would say to anyone is enjoy good times and good health with your family and try not to let the small  things get in the way.

In December I decided to Cycle for one of my brothers Chosen charities and my great friend Tone Meakes put his hand straight up to join me.

We will be riding from London to Paris on September 12th. It is 300 Miles, so we are getting into training, and preparing the old bones !

For those of you that are not aware of what Mount Vernon do please see below.

MVCC Charitable Fund enables the Cancer Centre to support patients and complement what NHS funding cant afford; examples are state-of-the-art medical equipment, comfortable furnishings and funding support networks for patients and their families such as counselling services and financial advice, 

Please help us raise as much as we can for Mount Vernon and the great work they do.
