In 2011 I trekked to Machu Picchu, 2012 walked 26 miles in a day on a sponsored walk and in July 2014 I walked the 10 mile coastal walk from Charlestown to Fowey. I have not walked as far since. My fitness has declined and I have become less active and heavier, I have seen a lot of information that the best way to help myself with Parkinson's is to exercise and this is partly to help me to do that'
