Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
After 23 years of never experiencing a death of a close relative, in 2014 I lost both my Aunt and my Grandad to cancer in the space of three weeks. Both had very different experiences and battles with cancer but the holes their deaths left in my family was very much the same.
Throughout their battles Macmillan nurses were extremely helpful to both my Aunt and Grandad and to our family, offering us support and advice and allowing us to get through the dark days. Without their support we may well have lost them both a lot sooner.
In October myself and a friend will be taking on the Premier League challenge where we aim to visit all 20 grounds within the space of 24 hours in order to raise money for Macmillan. With an estimated journey time of 23hours and 40 minutes and an accumulated distance of over 1400m it is going to be tough ... but who doesn't love a challenge!
From Bournemouth up to Boro' taking in Swansea and the Champions of England on the way we will be documenting our challenge with pictures at every ground on Social Media as well as the standard video of carpool Karaoke to keep us entertained.
Our aim is to raise as much money as possible to give to Macmillan and any donations would be hugely appreciated - no matter how small!
So dig deep and help us to give something back!
