The Spinal Injuries Association is a national charity dedicated to helping the 40,000 spinal cord injured people in the UK rebuild their lives.

On May 11th I am cycling around Transylvania for 4 days with my Dad-Chris Freestone, and Liam Burke. All money raised will be donated to the Spinal Injuries Association. We chose this amazing charity as we have seen the affect the injuries has on people and would like to raise more awareness for those suffering with spinal cord injuries.
