Come join in the fun with all the family for a fantastic active fitness event at the Banbury Rugby Club and help raise money for our local hospice. This is our 3rd annual fitness event open to all levels and ages. The day comprises of fitness sessions including Bootcamp, Yoga, Zumba and more for adults. There are also fitness sessions for 5-10 year olds and 11-15 year olds. 

Additional events on the day include, Kids Fun Run Session, iZorbs, Bouncy Castle, Refreshments

FITNESS SESSIONS (listed below) must all be booked & paid for through this page stating your name, which session(s) you would like to be part of and you will need to include your email address for us to confirm your place. Confirmation will be emailed to you on Friday 9th September. All adult sessions are £5pp and childrens sessions are £3.

Timetable of pre-paid sessions; 

*Bootcamp Challenge 2pm, Yoga 2.15pm, Metafit HIIT 2.45pm, Kids Fitness 5-10yr and 11-15yrs 3.15pm, Boxing Bootcamp 3.30pm, *Zumbathon 3-5pm, Kettlercise Express 4.15pm, Kettlercise Combat MX 5pm, Bootcamp Circuit 5.45pm                                                         

Please note all sessions are outside. 

*Zumbathon - this is a 2 hour challenge. However you can just do 1 hour if you prefer 

 *Bootcamp Challenge - This is a challenge for all levels and just for fun. The older kids can even join in
