Hi folks!

Entrepreneurs come in all shapes and sizes (little chubby one in the foto is me!!) but the one thing we all share is an unquenchable desire to solve problems. It doesn't matter how often we fall over or how tough the journey is - what matters is picking ourselves up and trying again.

The Guild's charity is focussed on supporting entrepreneurs at every stage of that journey and this is where, being slightly off the wall, we merry few have chosen to jump out of a plane with the hope that those who know us (and those who don't but can imagine someone seriously outside of their comfort zone) might sponsor us!   I promise an entertaining write-up after we land...!

I have an added incentive to make this jump.  My dad passed away last year after a battle with cancer. He was an incredible father, grandfather and friend and the epitome of the eternal optimist - a trait that I am fortunate enough to retain - and the only member of the family that I know to have donned a parachute in earnest.  Time to follow the old man and just hope I remember how to land :)
