Holly, Sara, Lotty and I will be taking part in the Southampton 5k Colour Run.  Our aim was to get a little fitter, which we have done (hurrah!), and we thought it would be nice to raise a bit more cash for The Rainbow Centre in Fareham along the way.  Any support you can give us to make getting up early on a Saturday worthwhile, please do.
