This will be the seventh year I will be taking part in ‘10K Run For All’. I normally raise money for ‘The Prostate Cancer Charity’, in memory of my lovely Dad.

This year I am raising money for Breast Cancer Research Action Group. My Mum was diagnosed with breast cancer 21 years ago and fought the disease. We are all devastated that my Mum has recently been diagnosed with secondary breast cancer in her bones. She is one very brave lady who is an inspiration to many people, especially me.

The BCRAG are part of the Leeds Teaching Hospitals Charitable Foundation. My Mum is the Fundraising Co-ordinator and has been a member of the group for the last 20 years. All members of the group are volunteers and all money raised goes towards research.

I would be grateful if you could donate a little of your hard earned cash. It doesn't have to be a lot, every little counts.
