Earlier this year, my family changed forever with the sudden passing of my brother Jonathan. In his honour, top pal Kim and I, have decided to take on our first triathlon whilst raising money for Mind Charity.

They provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding, in an effort to ensure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
