Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I'm taking on the biggest physical challenge I've ever had - cycling 100 miles through the streets of London and Surrey. I'm doing this to help raise essential funds for St Raphael's Hospice in Sutton.
In 2007 my mother passed away after a long struggle with cancer. St Raphael's had provided support and care for some years but in the last week of her live they were able to take her in an give her the dignity she always wanted. They then continued to support the rest of the family and made a real difference to us. I am delighted to able to help raise funds that will mean more families will get the same level of care.
Your support will mean that all the hours of training and suffering will be worthwhile. You can read about my experiences of training for this event on my blog at http://fatmanrides100miles.wordpress.com/
