I've chosen Hounds for Heroes because they are a new charity that needs to spread the word about the wonderful work they do, training assistance dogs to give our emergency services and those in the armed forces a new life as well as a furry companion. It was my cousin that inspired me to do this as he completed the London Marathon and although 10 miles isn't a scratch on 26 its the pennies that count so help me to give something back and sponser me as much as you can to run around Portsmouth in October.
