On Saturday, 8th April 2017, I will be stepping into a boxing ring, ticking a box on a bucket list(!), but more importantly raising money for this exceptionally worthwhile charity.  Cancer has, or will, touch the hearts of the vast majority of people and Cancer Research UK needs money to continue its important research.

Although I have carried out lots of my own training, running, interval training, "Insanity", I put on a pair of boxing gloves for the first time ever on Mon 23 Jan 17 and the "science" of boxing was a bit of an eyeopener!
