Fundraising for ZANE
Story
After my recent trip home not only was I reminded of one of lifes great truths, LIFE CAN BE SHORT, I was also reminded of all I have to be grateful for in life.
Each day at the moment is a struggle as I try and come to terms with the fact that my Mom is gone but at the same time I smile remembering all the great memories we shared together, knowing we lived life with no regrets. Sadly some families do not have these strong bonds and people around the world are abandoned and have nothing in life.
While home I witnessed all that ZANE is doing for these vulnerable people. It makes you realise just how little some people have and how little they need to make a change.
As you all know I do various racing events throughout the year. This year I would like to do these in memory of my Mom but also to raise money for ZANE, a charitable organisation who support various people in need in Zimbabwe.
