As most of you know, Africa is very close to my heart having spent a couple of years there. I am going back to Cape Town in March to cycle The Cape Argus with my Dad and a few friends from Cape Town. I aim to finish the 109km race in 3 hours (if I dont pass out from heat!)

I wanted my chosen charity to relate to Africa in some way and I chose Water Aid on the principle that everyone needs clean and safe water to survive. Thousands die everyday from the lack of clean water and this is just wrong. Most of us take running tap water for granted.
