On Sunday 27th September when many of you will be watching the Hollyoaks omnibus or sleeping off hangovers I'll be doing the Run to the Beat half marathon along with my rather fabulous running partner Louisa Gold.

We will start at the O2 and run through the Borough of Greenwich helped along the way by music from various bands and artists who will be performing on the day.

My chosen charity is the Willow Foundation who provide special days out for young adults living with life threatening conditions - this can be anything from a ride in a hot air balloon to a West End Show - basically anything that can provide a fun distraction from their already very difficult everyday lives.
