On 17 October 2011 my brother was diagnosed with motor neurone disease.  He was strong throughout his illness which sadly took his life on 9 September 2012.

He will be missed by all his family and friends and also by the teachers, pupils and parents at Heathcote School in Chingford where he taught maths.

Russell made a difference to peoples lives.  I want to do the same and thank you for visiting this page.  I hope you will help by sponsoring me, as I raise money for MNDA, by taking part in the Triathlon European Championships in Turkey in June and also by cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats in September.
