To everyone who doesn't know, i'm fighting in March raising money for Cancer Research UK. It's an illness that has blighted my family and friends and many others worldwide, so every penny counts.

Get involved and give what you can people, there's going to be 3,000 people there on the night so thats a lot of targets to reach, if i can make a grand that would be immense!

Here's a challenge for you, for everyone who smokes to give up a tenner which is only one pack would be amazing. I've even given up smoking completely, so if i can do it full time then one pack aint gonna hurt!!
