Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As some of you may know our daughter, Anabelle was diagnosed with MPS 1 Hurlers Syndrome in March 2012. Sadly she passed of an infection on Christmas day of that year. Her story can be followed on www.lovableanabelle.blogspot.co.uk

The MPS Society is the only charity that offers support for families and children affected by the MPS range of rare diseases. They also help to privately fund research into the causes, effects and treatments of these life limiting diseases. In addition they are assisting financially with clincial trials of various treatments which will offer hope to children across our country. Research and clinical trials are continuing relying on private funds due to the rarity of these diseases. Some of the treatment that Anabelle had received was not around 10 years ago so your money will make a difference.
