This year I turn 50. I thought I'd do something to celebrate that milestone so I entered the Outlaw Half Ironman (1.2m swim, 56m bike then 13.1m run). Then I thought I'd try to use my hopefully achievement to help other people. To be honest I'd have chosen an animal charity as I love animals but recently some of my family and friends have been affected by cancer so I decided I could do more good by raising money for Cancer Research.
