After a few (too many) beers one night I agreed to take part in the Thames Path Challenge - an endurance race from Putney to Henley along the River Thames. It is 100km and I have just 15 hours to complete it!

This will be far the biggest physical and mental challenge of my life, and whilst training has not gone as well as hoped, I am determined to finish it. 

I am raising money for Compton Hospice, a local charity close to my heart, and hoping the support I receive will help push me towards the line.
