Michael requested that, in lieu of flowers, donations are made to Hospice at Home.

Hospice at Home provide care and support for individuals with end of life care needs, whilst also supporting their families.

This wonderful charity provided support and compassionate care, in conjunction with the District Nursing team, to allow Michael ro achieve his wish of a peaceful and dignified death at home.
