Well it’s another year , and I’m fortunate enough to be running in the GNR . This time I’m running for a Mental health Charity which is the North East and I’m sure anyone who knows me , knows that this is a subject very close to my heart as my darling little Mam battled for so may years with  Mental  health issues . I saw her suffer so much prejudice , and she would often suffer in silence because of not wanting to share this with other people who were so quick to judge , she would always smile and say she was fine . It used to break my heart seeing how she suffered, it wasn’t all bad as you know , we all shared some wonderful times together and she always loved to laugh, with my lovely caring husband Paul. 

I always said if I was able to do another GNR , it would be for a mental health charity in Mam’s  memory .

I’m getting the training in and so looking forward to doing the GNR 2021for this amazing charity , having not been able to do it last year due to it being cancelled . Also this time I won’t be running alone I will have my darling Paul running with me which will make it all the more special.
