I have been lucky enough to win a place at the London marathon through my workplace, and have decided to raise money for We Are Farming Minds. This charity provides support to farmers, family members, and vets in Herefordshire and works to break the stigma surrounding mental health.

Poor mental health in farming is 46% higher than in other occupations. Yet rural communities have less access to support. We Are Farming Minds aims to change that.
