Hey everyone,
So earlier in the year, Jelena and I thought it was a great idea to sign up to a half marathon despite neither of us actually being able to run properly. 

Amazing idea!!! The best one we've had?...maybe not. 

However it's upon us and on the 11th September we will both be attempting to do the Great North Run. I only started running in April and am finding it a real challenge. I'm feeling positive though... reckon I'll definitely run laps around that Mo guy ;-) 

I am running for all those we have loved and lost but I'll be running the Great North Run with one very special lady in mind, my nanny juju. The loveliest little nanny anyone could wish for and an original geordie.
