It's time for the big one! After running four half marathons I thought it was time to go the extra (13) miles and undertake the London Marathon.

I'm running for Prostate Cancer UK, in memory of my wonderful grandfather, Jim Hosie, who suffered from the illness. 

I'm delighted to be raising money for this great charity, and hopefully raising awareness about prostate cancer, which due to its nature does not always receive enough coverage.

All donations, from pennies to pounds, are very gratefully received.
