We support young people around the world to confront the planet's most urgent crises

Story

Hey guys!

Imran and myself are planning to go to Malaysian Borneo in the summer for 5 weeks so that we can help the locals there.  What would we be doing there?  Well it depends really on which part of the country we get stationed in but the work we would be doing involves building; building a well, building a school, building a shelter that sort of thing (also we get to dig a hole on the first day in order to establish our toilet facilities for the time we are out there).

We are volunteering with Raleigh international, a group that uses volunteers and the money they raise to help countries like India and Borneo. Their aims are to advance educational around the world, to promote global citizenship, to help the disadvantaged and to protect the environment.  In other words they are a great charity to support and your money will go to them.
