Story

I'm cycling the Dunwich Dynamo for a wonderful charity, the Miriam Hyman Memorial Trust.

Miriam Hyman was a family friend who sadly lost her life in the 7/7 bombings in London in 2005. She was travelling to work on the bus that exploded in Tavistock Square. Her family have set up a registered charity in her name, the Miriam Hyman Memorial Trust (charity no. 1124032), to raise money for a children's eye care centre in the Indian state of Orissa. Their commitment to creating positive outcomes from this tragedy is both impressive and inspiring, and I very much hope you will help me to support their efforts.

The Dunwich Dynamo is a 120 mile overnight cycle ride from London to Dunwich. I cycled it last year and it took me about 12 hours to finish. It's a real challenge and I'm hoping that I'll be able to do it a bit quicker this time!

My sister Sarah is running the Amsterdam Marathon for the Miriam Hyman Memorial Trust in October. Please do sponsor her as well.
