Story

This Summer I am going to cycle around Ireland climbing ten mountains en route, in aid of the wonderful charity - Inspire.

Unfortunately in September 2015 I lost my best friend, Hannah Armstrong to suicide. Hannah and hundreds of thousands of people within the United Kingdom, battled with mental health issues. Inspire is a charity that offers support to those who are in need of a chat, counselling or any form of help they can offer with regards to depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, addiction and many other mental health problems and issues. They are an amazing service offering help to those who often feel helpless.

Myself and many others miss Hannah massively everyday and we would never wish for anyone else to feel this way, by aiding this charity you are helping to offer a much needed alternative to those who need it, for when times get tough, preventing people from feeling hopeless, worthless and hopefully any other eventuality.

This was a cause very close to Hannah's heart, so was cycling and complaining while we did (which I plan to do) so I have every belief that she would be more than proud of any amount raised. I would love, love, love to raise more than I did for JOGLE - £2874.32! But, baby-steps.

I've got some brilliant people joining me on this exciting adventure, look forward to seeing their lovely faces posted all over the places and I get too excited about them joining me!

If you would like to help, join in, cycle or climb with me then please let me know - lydiab30@googlemail.com
I would love to hear from you!

Thank you so, so much folks.
