I run because it helps my mental state and all round well being, i am very fortunate i can do so. And in return, i would like to give something back. I have friends and family who battle with mental health conditions. A friend who was close to me, some days couldn't find a reason to leave his room and hold down a job. He had a dark cloud above him and couldn't see the point in life. I myself have been in dark places with life's challenges and have been lucky to have been surrounded by loving and understanding friends. It's time we all recognized that these are serious issues that we need to understand and help with, so please help me by donating to this wonderful charity and for my long road ahead.
