To celebrate my 25 years working for Total I have decided to take a well earned break!

From the 10 to 14 September, I will be doing a Pyrenean cycling ‘Raid’ to raise money for the charity Wateraid, whose mission is to bring safe water and sanitation to people across the world.

The Raid involves 710km of cycling from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean in France, with 11,000m of ascent, the aim is to complete this within a total time of 100 hours. The route will take me over some of the most famous Cols in the Pyrenees, following in the tyre tracks of the Tour de France.

To assist in my motivation, especially on the long climbs, I would like to ask you to sponsor me on this event and in doing so support a charity which really makes a difference to people’s lives in some of the poorest parts of the world.
