Pathfinder Village, located in Edmeston, NY, is a unique residential community and services provider for people with Down syndrome and other intellectual/developmental disabilities. Founded in 1980, and with a history of service reaching back into the 1920s, Pathfinder Village provides opportunities for inclusion and independence, learning and fulfillment for people of all ages through its residential, educational, vocational, healthcare, and enrichment programs. Through donors' ongoing and generous support through the years, Pathfinder Village has created a beautiful campus setting on 300 acres and developed innovative and meaningful services that support individuals and their families as they determine their own paths.
