Well after my inaugural open water swim in Suffolk I'm now gearing up for my 2nd in the tropical waters of London Docklands!

Whilst trying to better my time (hopefully the waves won't be as big this time) I also plan to raise a few pounds for the very worthwhile Cancer Research UK Charity. So anything you can spare would be most appreciated.
