once again I have embarked on another hard journey to train for my 5th marathon. Obviously it has not gone without injury and I was hard at training before Christmas until 12th January I had a hip injury. I have now started seeing various professionals and found my spine is twisted which ultimately caused the pain as my hips are wonky! I'm slowly being put back into alignment & my chiropractor told me not to defer as he was confident I'll be back pounding the streets. Well today I ran 3 and a half miles non stop pain free. Needless to say I am feeling confident of at least finishing the marathon. So here I embark on another marathon pushing myself to train hard no matter what so I can complete the light jog Sunday morning of 6April! So I ask all my friends & family to please help me and dig deep to donate to such a fantastic charity which is close to mine & my families heart. We lost my darling sister who was so cruely taken away from us. It has been something that my parents have found very difficult to handle. But with this charities help like they do for so many other parents it happens to it helps them & without your kind donations & of course me running this wouldn't be possible. They provide life saving equipment as well to parents & this helps saves baby's lives as soon as they stop breathing an alarm goes off alerting the parents.
