I've set myself the challenge of completing the 100 mile RideLondon cycle in aid of the Make-A-Wish foundation.

I have heard so many fantastic and heartwarming tales of wishes the Make-A-Wish foundation have been able to grant...that all leave me a little bit jealous it has to be said, meeting Usain Bolt or a trip to Monaco to name but a couple!

Reading these very sad and occasionally tragic stories have shown me how much some young children and their families have to go through day to day, how much we take for granted and how much bringing a smile to someone's face can really mean.
