Emily was an inspirational friend of my wife's birth group. Emily set up the charity Live Life, Give Life as she was passionate about the importance of organ donation and was raising awareness. Emily herself had 2 lung transplants and the most recent one being in December 2014. However, after the 2nd one, Emily sadly slipped away from us leaving behind a lot of sadness due to the many peoples hearts she touched and people she helped, along with a beautiful little daughter who's 19 months old.

Emily won an award on television for all the hard work she has done and her positive attitude and time for other's was such an inspiration. I will be running the Leeds Half Marathon in order to raise as much money and awareness as possible for Emily's charity. I feel this is the least we can give back in tribute to Emily and all that she gave.

I would be extremely grateful if you could help me in raising money for the wonderful Emily's charity in her memory. We want to continue to raise awareness of this wonderful cause as we know how much this meant to Emily.
