Story

Hi everyone,

I am currently training for the London Marathon on 22nd April 2018. It’s good fun but hard work and I’m raising money for Bloodwise (formerly Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research) a charity that is very close to me and my family.

In 2010, my dad Mark passed away after a very short battle with mantle cell lymphoma - a rare type of blood cancer. It is something I still struggle to come to terms with. I hope by raising money for Bloodwise it will help others going through what my family and I did. I also hope it will help me personally, plus it’ll be good to get fit and say I ran the London Marathon!

I am also running the Brighton half marathon on the 24th of February and the Big Half in London on the 4th of March. Support on the day would be much appreciated also :D

Thanks for reading my story and I hope you have a great day

Max
